Ibrahim in Farisi Style
The name of Ibahim was a non-Arab name, realted to the Prophet Ibarhim, the father of believers, the Prophet of God, Abraham, the father of Isaac and Ismail, peace be upon them, and revelation fell upon him in Ur of the Chaldeans in southern Iraq and was displaced to the land of the Canaanites in 1800 BC.
It is the name of the Prophet of God, Ibrahim, meaning: the father of the crowd. Its original name is “Abram”, meaning: the High Father, or the Honorable Father. The name is not Hebrew, because Abraham was originally from “Kothi” near Kufa.
